What is the refund policy?

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription to a paid plan if you're not satisfied. For monthly subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for partial months after this initial 7-day period. Free Tier usage does not qualify for refunds. Please contact support@89prime.com for any refund requests.

What happens if I cancel my subscription in the middle of the cycle?

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your plan's features until the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the next cycle.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, the change is effective immediately, and you'll be charged a prorated amount. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards and UPI.

Is there a free trial available for the Pro plan?

While we don't offer a time-limited free trial for the Pro plan, our Free Tier allows you to use core features indefinitely to see if Twitter Summariser is right for you before upgrading.
